The programme is for children from 16months – 3years and designed to create a positive relationship between your baby and food while introducing them to new and exciting ingredients.
Little Tasters is for children between the ages of 16 months and 3 years. The programme is designed to; promote healthy eating from an early age, expose your child to new and exciting ingredients and create a positive relationship between your child and food. The earlier you start this process the easier feeding your child will be. The classes will equip your child with the skills they need to make positive food choices as they get older.
Little Tasters is your child’s time to work with food, touch food and get really messy. The key to meal times and introducing new food is positivity. We provide a stress free, comfortable and positive environment for your children.
Little Cooks Club Cooking Programme
Our Little Cooks Club Cooking Programme was uniquely designed for children between the ages of 2 and 6.
Our Little Cooks Club Cooking Programme uses a hands-on approach to introducing children to new foods, with a view to get them to appreciate good food and a healthy diet.
Children love to cook and, by introducing them to the basics of cooking, they are given skills that will be useful to them throughout their lives. They need to understand nutrition in order to establish healthy eating habits.
All our dishes are easy to prepare which allows children to help their parents cook, thereby giving busy families an opportunity to spend quality time together while cooking quick, nutritious meals.
Spade to Spatula Cooking Programme
This unique cooking programme was specially designed for children between the ages of 2 and 6, giving them an opportunity to explore where food comes from.
At the beginning of each class, each child will the receive a seed to plant while enjoying a discussion on basic gardening. This discussion will teach the children about the vegetable or fruit they are planting. The Children will then make a delicious dish using the vegetable or the fruit they have just planted.
This holistic approach to cooking will give your child an idea of where food comes from and will ignite their love for nature!
Children may take their planted seeds home at the end of every class as a memento of what they have learnt.
