Little Cooks Club Cooking Programme
Our Little Cooks Club Cooking Programme was uniquely designed for children between the ages of 2 and 6.
Spade to Spatula Cooking Programme
This unique cooking programme was specially designed for children between the ages of 2 and 6, giving them an opportunity to explore where food comes from.

Junior Chefs
Junior Chefs Cooking Programme
This innovative cooking programme was designed for children between the ages of 7 and 15 who want to learn to cook and are interested in food and food preparation.
At School Programme
The Little Cooks Club At School Programme is a derivative of the original Little Cooks Club programme, and is endorsed by occupational therapists. It creates an opportunity for parents that work full time to expose their children to the Little Cooks Club principles through their extra-mural activities at school.

At Home Cooking Course
Are you a working mom with a busy household, wanting to feed your family nutritious meals that are easy to prepare? Or would you like to teach your domestic worker to cook healthy meals for your family? Or have you recently left school, living on your own and trying to take care of your own nutritional needs?
Baby Food Programme
The Baby Food Programme is designed for children from 6 months to 2 years old and it teaches moms how to prepare and store healthy homemade baby food.
Domestic Workers Cooking Programme
Our home cooking course for domestics will help you and your domestic helper achieve better eating habits for your family by encouraging you to eat together and for the entire family to enjoy the same healthy food instead of children eating different meals from their parents every day.
