Christine Phillips the founder of Little Cooks Club and Health Yourself is a certified Health Coach and Wellness Chef. Christine offers Health Coaching to both families and individuals to help you get on the right track and reach for health and wellness goals. 


For those that have always wanted to attend one of Christine’s Healthy Family cooking classes but were unable due to work – now is your chance.

Join Christine in her kitchen on Wednesday, 10 June at 16h00 where she will be making two delicious recipes. The recipes will be sent to you before the class so you can cook along with Christine or make the recipe later. Join in this fun and interactive class with Christine Phillips, Health Coach and Wellness Chef.

This weeks recipes: Lamb and Cinnamon Meatballs and Prawn and Lemon Grass Soup.

Next weeks recipes: Spinach and Zucchini fritters two ways, Vegetable Quinoa and Barley Risotto

Week threes recipes: Pasta with broccoli and lemon cashew-cream sauce, Zesty Homemade Falafels
