The Little Cooks Club has been an exciting addition to my dietetic practice. As a Clinical Dietitian with a special interest in Paediatrics I see lots of fussy feeders and have found the Little cooks club to be a great place for children to explore food and nutrition in a non threatening environment. Mealtimes are often an emotionally charged time of day and it is wonderful to watch moms (and dads) relax and enjoy time with their kids while creating with food.

I love bringing interesting nutritional information into the classes and dispelling food fads and myths. I love the delight in a childs eye when a dish is successfully completed and proudly presented to mom!!!

I am grateful for the support of my husband and my 3 beautiful children who taught me more about my profession than any degree could ever do.
