Our Baby and Toddler Food Making classes are unique in South Africa.

The Baby Food Programme

Why fresh is best:

Apart from the fact that home-made food tastes, smells and looks better than food from a jar the nutritional value from home-made cannot be disputed.

We feel that your child will be less fussy if you feed them real food right from the start as the transition to eating normally with your family will be much quicker.

What this course does for mom?

· How to make fresh baby food from scratch

· Advice on containers and best storage options, showing you what’s out

  there

· Advice on what foods to start with recipes for each month

· Advice on Allergies / what not to eat until 1 years old

· Great tips on food preparation & hygiene

· Teaching you basic cooking skills that will have the entire family eating veggies

· How to keep the nutrients in your vegetables and not overcook them

· Nutritional information from our Paediatric Dietician, Katherine Megaw

· Ideas to avoid a fussy eater from the start

· Great snacking ideas

What do you get?

· Apart from a fun morning with moms in your shoes, laughing and chatting

· A recipe folder with your new recipes, nutritional info, guidelines for feeding from the experts

· A gift bag with products & promotions

· One free lesson to a Little Cooks Club in your area when you child turns 2 to promote food appreciation

· Bring your baby along if you wish, domestics are welcome with you to see how it is done at an additional cost of R50.

The Toddler Food Programme

This is a very tricky stage; some toddlers just don’t eat… join my exciting new programme with tried & tested recipes that work
