Banana, Cranberry and Macadamia Muffins

2 ¼ cups self-raising flour, sifted
¾ cup caster sugar
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts
3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup oil

With a whisk beat your wet ingredients together.
Then add all the dry ingredients – don’t over mix.
Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
