Hirsch’s Jnr Chef Class – Making Chocolate Eclairs as well as Crystal Spring Rolls

Junior Chefs Cooking School is a unique programme designed for those children that have a passion for food and want to learn more about cooking, food and food preparation. Your child will receive a certificate upon completion of the 4-week course and can choose to go on to complete the rest of the 17 certificates for further enjoyment and learning, with more certificates added still.

How the classes are structured:
• The children will be encouraged to work in groups and there is a maximum of 20 children per class with 2 trainers.
• The work is very hands on. They will follow instructions, learning how to read and follow recipes, new techniques and various cooking terminology.
• Invoices will be sent after the enrollment form attached, is received back.

Cost for the course of 4 lessons per child: R 1,760.00 – include recipes, paper Chef’s hat, use of branded apron, course notes and taking home what ever was made on the day
Visitor: R 100.00 – only assisting enrolled student and does not include ingredients or equipment
Registration: R 170.00 – only applicable for first time enrollment students
